They have decided to meet again next week. Wednesday's meeting at the North Korean border town of Kaesong was their fourth meeting this month. It was aimed at finding a way to restart the factory complex there. Media pool reports say chief South Korean delegate Kim Kiwoong told reporters the two Koreas still have "big differences."
