WASHINGTON, Muharram 13, 1434, Nov 27, 2012, SPA - The Palestinian National Authority submitted a draft resolution to the U.N. General Assembly that would recognize the Palestinians as a non-member state of the United Nations. A vote is set for Thursday in the 193-seat U.N. General Assembly.
