Amman, Rajab 28, 1435, May 27, 2014, SPA -- Around 60 Jewish settlers on Tuesday stormed the holy compound of Al-Aqsa Mosque through the Al-Magarbah gate, according to the Al-Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage. The Foundation said in a statement that settlers were led by a number of rabbis, who roamed the compounds of the mosque under the protection of Israeli troops. The intrusion angered Palestinian worshippers and religious students who had gathered to prevent any provocative acts by the settlers.
