Addis Ababa, Dhu-AlQa'dah 18, 1435, Sep 13, 2014, SPA -- The US embassy in Kampala warned citizens to seek shelter Saturday as Ugandan authorities were conducting a massive anti-terrorism operation after discovering an al-Shabaab cell in the capital. "We remain in close contact with our Ugandan counterparts as investigations continue into what appears to have been planning for an imminent attack," dpa cited the embassy as saying, in a statement. It said the authorities had increased security at Entebbe International Airport and other key sites, and asked citizens to avoid crowds.
