Islamabad, Shawwal 21, 1433, Sep 8, 2012, SPA - The foreign ministers of India and Pakistan began talks Saturday to build on thawing relations between the two neighbouring countries, officials said. Indian Foreign Minister SM Krishna arrived in Islamabad Friday reiterating New Delhi's desire to resolve "all issues" through peaceful dialogue, which was echoed by Pakistani top leadership. Krishna previously held separate meetings with Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf and several other political leaders. Officials said Krishna's three-day visit could lay the groundwork for a possible visit by Indian Premier Manmohan Singh to Pakistan, according to a report of dpa. --SPA 13:18 LOCAL TIME 10:18 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1027898
