Washington, Rabi'I 3, 1434, Jan 15, 2013, SPA - The United States welcomes any Cuban government reforms that allow Cubans to travel from and back to their country, the State Department said Monday, noting that travel is a right under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. "We are also committed to safe, legal, and orderly migration from Cuba to the U.S., in accordance with our bilateral agreements of 1994 and 1995," State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland told reporters.
