Kandahar, Afghanistan, Muharram 19, 1433, Dec 14, 2011, SPA - A roadside bomb in southern Afghanistan killed a district governor and two bodyguards on Wednesday, a government spokesman said. Masoud Khan, governor of Khaneshin district of the southern province of Helmand, was traveling to the district headquarters when the bomb struck his vehicle, said Daud Ahmadi, the provincial governor's spokesman.
