Car Suicide Bombing Kills Seven Troops in Pakistan

Islamabad, Muharram 29, 1433, Dec 24, 2011, SPA - At least seven paramilitary troops were killed and more than a dozen injured Saturday by a suicide bomber in north-western Pakistan, police said. The attacker rammed his explosive-laden car into the outer wall of a camp office of the Frontier Corpse in Bannu city, about 190 kilometres south of Peshawar, capital of the north-western province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. "The attack took place at 5:45 (00:45 GMT) this morning and the attacker might have come from tribal region," police official Jamshid Ali said.
