MOSCOW, Muharram 27, 1433, Dec 22, 2011, SPA -- The bill on political reforms proposed by President Dmitry Medvedev will be submitted to the State Duma lower house of parliament in the next few days, Reuters quoted Kremlin's economic aide Arkady Dvorkovich as saying on Thursday. "I think in the next few days," Dvorkovich told reporters, when asked when the bill would go to parliament, in which pro-Kremlin United Russia party has a slim majority.
