Makkah, Jumada II 15, 1433, May 6, 2012, SPA - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Hajj for Hajj Affairs, Hatem bin Hassan Qadhi has condemned the kidnapping of Saudi Vice Consul in Aden Abdullah Khalidi, describing it as a criminal and terrorist act which is banned by the Islamic religion that calls for justice, equality, mercy, moderation, tolerance and peace.
