Sana'a, Safar 9, 1433, Jan 3, 2012, SPA -- The Yemeni Premier Mohammed Salem Basunduwah received a telephone call tonight from Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani, his Qatari Premier and also the Foreign Minister, congratulating him on the occasion of forming the Government of National Conciliation and winning Parliament's vote of confidence.
