Doha, Rajab 19, 1433, Jun 9, 2012, SPA -- Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jaber Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar, received yesterday telephone calls from both the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Dr. Nabil El-Arabi, and the joint envoy of the United Nations and the Arab League to Syria Kofi Annan.
