MAKKAH: Makkah Gov. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal and Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, president of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence, signed a memorandum of understanding on Sunday. Prince Khaled’s interest in the fields of science and advanced technologies has resulted in Makkah’s strategy which is in accordance with Saudi Vision 2030. SDAIA will help in supporting the move and aims at building a future that uses data and artificial intelligence to enable digital transformation and pave the way to achieving the goals of 2030. The memorandum stresses the use of analysis and artificial intelligence models in studies and indicators that support Makkah’s efforts and its work, through developing the content of decision-making and observation support platforms. SDAIA will use the data that is available in the national databank, and analytical, modeling and simulation capacity.
