RIYADH: Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan received a phone call from his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu, the Kingdom’s ministry announced. During the call, “they reviewed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them to serve the aspirations of the two countries,” the ministry said in a statement. They also discussed the most important regional and international issues of common interest, and aspects of intensifying joint efforts that would enhance international peace and security. The Kingdom’s foreign minister also received a phone call from Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, during which they discussed bilateral relations and ways to develop them in various fields. The two ministers also discussed the latest developments in the Ukraine crisis. Prince Faisal affirmed that the Kingdom will continue to exert all efforts between all parties, and support international efforts aimed at resolving the crisis politically.
