RIYADH: On behalf of King Salman, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan arrived on Saturday in Brazil for the inauguration ceremony of President Lula da Silva. Upon arrival at Brasilia airport, he was received by Faisal Ghulam, the Saudi ambassador to Brazil, and the director general of the Middle East department of the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Sidney Romero.
