The session titled "Transportation Services and Crowd Management... Efficiency and Safety", within the "Hajj Expo 2023" exhibition currently being held in Jeddah, discussed the efforts exerted by the government sectors in Saudi Arabia in the field of the transportation and crowd management. This comes within the framework of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah"s keenness to harness its capabilities to achieve the goals of the Kingdom Vision 2030 programs, in partnership with all government agencies, in a way that enriches the experience of the pilgrims, and facilitates the performance of the rituals with peace and ease. The specialists participating in the session pointed to the huge efforts exerted by Saudi Arabia by harnessing all human and technical capabilities and resources to facilitate the reception of pilgrims and Umrah performers, starting from leaving their countries until their safe return. The session focused on the integrated role of all state agencies in managing crowds to ensure the safety of all pilgrims. — SPA
