Tawakkalna application has launched an instant chat service, which would enable the beneficiaries to receive answers related to the common questions in the "Tawakkalna Services" app. Beneficiaries are able to use the instant chat service through entering the app and click on the personal picture above the screen, then choose (Contact us) icon, after that the individuals will be able to benefit from the service by selecting (Instant conversations). It is noteworthy that the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) had launched Tawakkalna app in 2020, in a step to support the efforts of Saudi Arabia" government in confronting COVID-19. Tawakkalna services app offers various packages of different services that the citizens and residents can benefit from, such as: digital ID, digital wallet, viewing Umrah permits and more services that contribute to facilitating their daily procedures.
