Jeddah, January 10, 2023, SPA -- The fourth session of the Conference and Exhibition for Hajj and Umrah Services 2023 (Hajj Expo 2023), discussed efforts exerted by all government sectors to improve and maintain facilities and provide a comprehensive infrastructure of road networks, electricity and water as per the wider endeavor of the Kingdom to upgrade the efficiency of the infrastructure and services sectors of the Holy Sites in a sustainable and comprehensive way. Participants went over efforts by the Ministry of Energy to upgrade the operational efficiency of the Hajj season, underlying the preparedness of the infrastructure system of the holy sites to receive this year's pilgrims, utilizing the latest technologies in security, surveillance, healthcare and transport services to ensure smooth pilgrimage.
