Riyadh, January 01, 2023, SPA -- A Royal decree was issued approving the nomination of Dr. Mohammed bin Yahya Al Sayel, president of KSA’s General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information, as a Regional Coordinator for the Arab countries at the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS) after he was nominated as a regional coordinator for the Arab countries by the Society’s Board of Directors. The General Authority for Survey and Geospatial Information is mandated with developing national capacities in the sector, in cooperation with universities and specialized institutes inside and outside the Kingdom, in addition to coordination and cooperation with its counterparts in other countries and international bodies and organizations related to the sector.
