Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, November 11, 2022, SPA – Saudi National Center of Meteorology CEO, Dr. Ayman Ghulam, said that the center's regional initiatives are aiming to support the path of the "Saudi Green", and the "Middle East Green" initiatives and contribute to achieving their goals, to reduce impacts and limit climate deterioration. Dr. Ghulam's remarks were made during the sessions of the Saudi Green Initiative Forum, stressing the importance of the programs that the center is working on, including the regional program for artificial rain which is making tangible progress and achieving promising results, in addition to finding sustainable solutions to contribute to alleviating drought phenomena and increasing rainfall, as well as preparing natural resources for adaptation and enhance environmental performance.
