About 600 Donors Join SSCDR on Sidelines of Riyadh Int'l Book Fair 2022

Riyadh, Oct 9, 2022, SPA -- Among visitors to Riyadh International Book Fair 2022, about (600) persons have registered their names in the Saudi Stem Cell Donor Registry (SSCDR) of King Abdullah International Medical Research Center. Concerning with finding stem cell donors, SSCDR is the first of its kind in the Middle East as a whole. This came through the pavilion with which the Saudi Stem Cell Donor Registry participates at Riyadh Int'l Book Fair 2022. SSCDR's participation is the fourth out of its participations in this international cultural event, which has become one of the most important regional cultural events, specialized in book fairs. This voluntary humanitarian initiative from the visitors of Riyadh Int'l Book Fair confirmed the extent of sympathy and humanity enjoyed by everyone living in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - citizens and residents - placing the Saudi Stem Cell Donor Registry at the top of the list of its kind internationally, which will contribute to saving the lives of many who suffer from health problems in this aspect.
