SFA Signs MoU with UAE Counterpart on Enhancing Cooperation

Riyadh, Oct 27, 2022, SPA -- Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA) signed here today a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with its UAE counterpart, aimed at strengthening aspects of cooperation in developing the dissemination of sports culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the UAE and launching community sports initiatives and programs. The MoU was signed in Riyadh by Prince Khalid bin Al-Waleed bin Talal Al Saud, President of SFA, and Salem Yousef Al-Qaseer, President of the UAE Sports for All Federation, in the presence of the UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan. This agreement comes within "Waeed" Forum, an initiative of the Human Capital Development Committee, organized today by the Ministry of Sports in Riyadh, affiliated to the Saudi-UAE Coordination Council. The MoU will help to strengthen cooperation between SFA and the UAE Sports For All Federation to implement a wide range of programs and initiatives that contribute to spreading sports culture in society. The areas of cooperation will cover consultations, implementing programs, exchanging joint studies in community sports, providing the necessary services to support the implementation of joint projects, holding scientific forums and joint workshops in community sports, and working on sports programs of common interest. --SPA 22:48 LOCAL TIME 19:48 GMT 0058 www.spa.gov.sa/w1804906
