GCC Health Ministers Hold Their 85th Meeting

Riyadh, October 22, 2022, SPA -- The Ministers of Health of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries held their 85th meeting here today, headed by the Minister of Health, Fahd bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel, Chairman of the current session, in the presence of the Minister of Health and Community Protection in the United Arab Emirates, Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al Owais; the Minister of Health of Bahrain Dr. Jalila bint Al-Sayed Jawad Hassan; the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health for Health Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman Dr. Mohammad bin Saif Al-Hosani; the Assistant Minister of Public Health for Health Affairs of Qatar Dr. Saleh Ali Al-Marri; the Minister of Health of Kuwait Dr. Ahmed Abdulwahab Al-Awadi; Deputy Minister of Public Health and Population of Yemen, Abdullah Mohammed Dahan with the participation of the Assistant Secretary for Economic and Development Affairs in the GCC General Secretariat, Khalifa bin Saeed Al-Abri, and the Director-General of the GCC Health Council, Sulaiman bin Saleh Al-Dakhil. In the meeting, they discussed a number of topics on their agenda, the most important of which is the review of performance indicators reports for the GCC Health Council for the year 2022.
