Riyadh, October 19, 2022, SPA -- The Saudi Justice Minister Waleed Al Samaani approved the procedural guide for law of evidence which will be coming into effect after the official announcement is made.The guide covered 135 articles and will be within the scope of civil and commercial transactions. This includes evidence in personal status related issues as well as labour disputes. The guide covered general provisions and complementary to the law of evidence.
