Riyadh, July 27, 2022, SPA -- The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) announced the closure of July 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 2.930 billion (Two billion and nine hundred thirty million Saudi Riyals). The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows: The first tranche has a size of SAR 480 million (Four hundred eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2030).
