Jeddah, August 07, 2022, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the bomb attack that took place on Friday 5th August 2022 in Sar-e-kariz area in the 6th security district of the Afghan capital Kabul. The bomb explosions reportedly left a few civilians dead and some others injured, according to official authorities. The deadly explosion came on the heels of a spate of violent attacks that have recently shaken the security of the capital, Kabul. These repeated and indiscriminate attacks, the OIC General Secretariat indicated, reflect the continued volatility of the security situation in Afghanistan, reiterating its call for firmer endeavors by the de facto authorities to pre-empt such violent attacks against civilians and hold those responsible to account.
