Manama, March 20, 2022, SPA -- The Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s launch of a ballistic missile towards Jazan and nine drones towards the southern region of Saudi Arabia, in a terrorist attack targeting civilian and economic facilities, violating international humanitarian law and demonstrating the militia’s insistence to continue carrying out its aggressive attacks. The Foreign Affairs Ministry affirmed Bahrain’s firm stance with Saudi Arabia in all it takes to ensure the security and safety of its citizens and residents, praising the efforts of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces and the Royal Saudi Air Force, which were able to intercept and destroy the ballistic missile and drones.
