Prince Khaled Al-Faisal Arrives in Mina to Follow up on Hajj Preparations

Mina, July 07, 2022, SPA -- Prince Khalid Al-Faisal, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Governor of Makkah Region and Chairman of the Central Hajj Committee, arrived in Mina to follow up on the Hajj preparations and to check on the services provided to pilgrims during the current year's Hajj season. Prince Khaled was received by Prince Badr bin Sultan, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, and senior officials. Upon his arrival to Mina, Prince Khaled Al-Faisal held a press conference, in which he expressed his thanks to Allah the Almighty for blessing the guests of the Al Rahman to arrive at the holy sites and spend the day of Tarwiyah in Mina without witnessing any accidents or epidemic diseases. The Governor of Makkah extended his appreciation and thanks to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince for the allocation of human resources to ensure that the pilgrims are offered the best services to perform their rituals in ease and tranquility. Prince Khaled Al-Faisal said that “Despite the outbreak of the Coronavirus during the past two years, the Kingdom continued to organize the Hajj ritual but with a limited number of pilgrims per high precautionary measures.
