On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Mohammed bin Abdurrahman bin Abdulaziz, Acting Governor of Riyadh region will attend the race and hand over the cup to the winner. Elite of the strongest horses of this category will participate in the race in the hope of winning the honor to win the cup, which holds great importance for the equestrian community.
