Doha, Nov 30, 2021, SPA -- The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States Dr. Naif Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf extended his congratulations to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar for hosting the FIFA Arab Cup 2021 Qatar in its 10th edition and for the success of the opening ceremony. This came during Dr. Al-Hajraf's participation at the opening of the tournament on Al Bayt Stadium here today under the patronage and presence of the Amir of the State of Qatar with the participation of a number of heads of state and heads of delegations of the Arab FIFA Cup Qatar 2021.
