Makkah, Mar. 21, 2022, SPA -- Makkah-based Muslim World League (MWL) condemned the terrorist Houthi militia hostile attacks, which systematically targeted civilian objects and vital economic facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, causing some material damage to facilities, civilian vehicles and residential homes. In a statement, the Secretary-General of MWL Sheikh Dr. Mohammed bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa, who is also Chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars, condemned this crime, which targeted civilians and civilian facilities, taking advantage of the commitment of the Arab coalition to the Kingdom’s leadership, values, moral principles, law and customs, especially that this escalation comes after the very important initiative recently announced by the Gulf Cooperation Council to host Inter-Yemen consultations among all parties. He stressed that this terrorist act clearly expresses the position of this outlawed militia that rejects all international efforts and initiatives, including the Kingdom's initiative to end the Yemeni crisis and reach a comprehensive and sustainable political solution. He added that these militias do not target the Kingdom alone, but rather aim to destabilize the security and stability of fuel supplies as well as world energy, global economy as a whole, disrubt maritime navigation and expose coasts and territorial waters to major security and environmental disasters. --SPA 02:58 LOCAL TIME 23:58 GMT 0004 www.spa.gov.sa/w1710027
