Riyadh, March 13, 2022, SPA -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf has condemned the terrorist missile attack on Iraqi city of Irbil early Sunday, which caused material damage.
