Cameroon Supports Saudi Arabia's Bid to Host World Expo 2030

Yaoundé, March 08, 2022, SPA -- Prime Minister of the Republic of Cameroon Joseph Dion Ngute received here today Advisor at the Royal Court of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Ahmad bin Abdulaziz Qattan and his accompanying delegation. During the meeting, Advisor Qattan conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and their wishes of progress and prosperity to the government and people of the Republic of Cameroon. For his part, the Prime Minister sent his greetings and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, and the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, affirming that Cameroon stands with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards various issues aimed at achieving security and stability in the African continent. During discussions, they reviewed the bilateral relations and ways of enhancing and developing them in all fields to serve the aspirations of the two countries, in addition to discussing the latest regional and international issues of common interest. During the meeting, the Prime Minister expressed Cameroon's support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's bid to host the World Expo 2030 in Riyadh.
