ICESCO, Malta Discuss Ways to Enhance Cooperation in Education, Science, Culture Fields

Rabat, March 03, 2022, SPA -- The Director-General of the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO) Dr. Salim bin Mohammad Al-Malik met, in Malta, today with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Malta, Evarist Bartolo, where they discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the fields of education, science and culture. A statement issued by ICESCO from its headquarters in Rabat stated that Dr. Al-Malik reviewed the initiatives undertaken by the organization, noting that it had drawn up a charter allowing non-member states to join it as observers, for more cooperation and exchange of experiences with the countries of the Islamic world in the fields of education, science and culture, inviting Malta to join ICESCO as an observer.
