Riyadh, February 22, 2022, SPA -- The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has enabled attorneys and legal agents to apply through the Najiz.sa portal for rehearing dismissed cases. “Previously available only to the claimant, the service aims to facilitate procedures, enable remote applications, and save clients time and effort,” the ministry said.
