Jeddah, November 07, 2021, SPA --The Secretary-General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) , Dr. Yousef Al-Othaimeen, has expressed his condolences to the government and people of Sierra Leone following the explosion of a fuel tanker in a suburb of Freetown on November 5, 2021, which killed more than 100 people.
