Riyadh, April 19, 2022, SPA -- The National Debt Management Center announced the closure of April 2022 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 9.982 Bn (Nine billion and nine hundred eighty-two million Saudi Riyals). The Sukuk issuance was divided into two tranches as follows, the first tranche has a size of SAR 6.402 Bn (Six billion and four hundred two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032) and the second tranche has a size of SAR 3.580 Bn (Three billion and five hundred eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2037). --SPA 22:05 LOCAL TIME 19:05 GMT 0027 www.spa.gov.sa/w1723166
