During the telephone conversation, the UK Prime Minister hailed HRH the Crown Prince's announcement of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's determination to target zero neutrality by 2060. For his part, HRH the Crown Prince affirmed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's commitment to enhancing the security and stability of global energy markets in light of the availability of safe technologies to manage and reduce carbon emissions.
