Riyadh, September 16, 2021, SPA -- The works of the 149th session of the GCC's Ministerial Council will start here today, under the chairmanship of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain and Chairman of the Council's current session, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani.
