Riyadh, October 7, 2021, SPA -- The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) announced that the property e-conveyances through Najiz portal have increased to over 28,000 operations in 2021 so far. “The upper limit for the e-conveyance of a property has been raised from SAR 3 million to SAR 20 million,” the ministry said. “The service has been streamlined to enable electronic agreement on sale terms without a notary’s certifications, so that the process is completed in less than 60 minutes.” The ministry has also enabled digital verification of bank accounts and property transaction tax payments. --SPA 15:25 LOCAL TIME 12:25 GMT 0013 www.spa.gov.sa/w1632317
