Dubai, October 28, 2021, SPA -- President of the Republic of the Maldives, Ibrahim Mohamed Saleh, visited the Saudi pavilion at the "Expo 2020 Dubai" exhibition, where he was received by the Commissioner-General of the Saudi pavilion Hussein Hanbaza, and other officials. The Maldivian President was briefed on the various sections of the pavilion which depicts various aspects of Saudi life, namely people, nature, heritage, and opportunities, expressing his admiration of the scientific and technological aspect and the creative content that reflect the rich civilizational reality of the Kingdom through multiple axes, including energy, economy, development, history, nature, and life. The President was also briefed on the "Roya" center, which includes a 30-meter diameter ball, multi-faceted with an interactive digital floor, designed by a group of Saudis to highlight the Saudi culture, as well as attending a presentation on the Kingdom's most important mega projects that are currently being implemented such as the Qiddiya project, the Diriyah Gate Development Project, the Red Sea Project, among others. --SPA 18:26 LOCAL TIME 15:26 GMT 0024 www.spa.gov.sa/w1643012
