Jeddah, October 28, 2021, SPA -- Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen has strongly condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s failed attempt to target civilians and civilian objects in Jazan City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with five ballistic missiles. He also praised the Saudi Air Defense’s efficiency and capabilities in intercepting and destroying the ballistic missiles. The Secretary General reiterated the call on the international community to take firm positions to halt the cowardly threats with ballistic missiles and drones used by the Houthi militia to target civilians. He also stressed the OIC’s firm position that considers the Houthi militia’s practices as war crimes and a blatant challenge to international humanitarian law.
