Makkah, July 22, 2021, SPA -- The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has clarified that in the light of the monitoring and inspection tours carried out by the concerned departments with the services provided by companies and institutions for domestic pilgrims to the registered pilgrims and the extent of their quality and achievement of what those companies and institutions have committed, the Ministry detected violations regarding the meals provided to pilgrims. It pointed out that the meals are not in line with the stipulated requirements and some companies and institutions have resorted to contracting with meal service providers of lower quality than those contracted requirements according to high-quality standards and specifications.
