Jeddah, June 17, 2021, SPA -- The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) virtually held here on Wednesday its second summit on Science and Technology to discuss the implementation of the OIC science, technology and innovation strategies according to the organization's charter. Chaired by the United Arab Emirates under the theme "Science, Technology and Innovation to Open New Horizons", the meeting issued a statement, affirming the commitment of the OIC to take all necessary measures to create and activate an environment to achieve progress in the fields of science, technology and innovation among OIC member states.
