Doha, January 06, 2022, SPA -- The State of Qatar has expressed its condemnation of the hijacking of an Emirati-flagged ship off the coast of Al Hudaydah Governorate, west of the Republic of Yemen, and called for the immediate release of the ship and its crew. In a statement Wednesday, Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed Qatar's complete rejection of actions that would impede the movement of ships and tankers and the freedom of international navigation.
