Riyadh, Dec. 20, 2021, SPA -- Speaker of the Shura Council Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Sheikh at his office in Riyadh today received Ambassador of Japan to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Iwai Fumio. The Speaker of the Shura Council praised the relations between Saudi Arabia and Japan and the fruitful cooperation in various fields, looking forward to strengthening them, especially at the parliamentary level between the Shura Council and the Japanese Parliament. Ambassador Iwai Fumio had a firsthand look at the role of the Shura Council in the legislative system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to its efforts in contributing to the realization of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. The Japanese ambassador praised the bilateral relations and the common vision between Japan and the Kingdom, stressing the transformations that the Kingdom is witnessing in all spheres, wishing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its people further development, progress and prosperity.
