He added, "I also have the honor to extend thanks and gratitude for the support you have provided for all parties working in the service of pilgrims, under the care of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, which had a great impact on this year’s Hajj season, despite exceptional difficult circumstances due to continuing Coronavirus pandemic and its mutations worldwide''. He said, "Thanks to Allah Almighty, and with your support and follow-up, all security, health, preventive, organizational, and service plans were drawn up from an early date, taking into consideration of the lessons learned from the exceptional Hajj season of last year 1441 AH, and implemented in an integrated manner with high professionalism by security men in participation with personnel in other government and private agencies according to a precise mechanism that included clarification of the pilgrims’ journey in a comprehensive manner and managing their movements since their arrival in Makkah, during their stay in the holy sites, their movements and performance of their rituals. This has been done by taking advantage of advanced technologies in a manner that ensures the application of all preventive and precautionary measures in place to confront the pandemic, as this year’s Hajj season did not witness anything disturbing pilgrims' peace, and no epidemic or quarantine cases were recorded''. He added, " This year's exceptional Hajj season was a model for developing the Hajj journey using modern technologies and advanced methods to move steadily towards achieving the goals of the Kingdom's vision 2030 under your leadership''. He said, " I prayed to Allah Almighty to preserve our homeland and perpetuate security and prosperity for us under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and your Highness.'' --SPA 12:46 LOCAL TIME 09:46 GMT 0010 www.spa.gov.sa/w1589938
