Brasilia, June 26, 2021, SPA -- The Brazilian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 79,277 new confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus in the past 24 hours, along with 2001 deaths due to Covid-19. It announced in a statement that the total number of cases infected with the virus has so far reached 18,322,760 since the start of the pandemic, while the official number of deaths has reached 511,142.
