Madinah, October 8, 2021, SPA -- The Agency of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Holy Mosque represented by the Language and Translation Assistant Agency managed, this year to translate 1,508,588 words in Urdu, French, Malawian, English, Hausa, Bengali and Turkish languages, in addition to translating 511 materials of audio and visuals, and translating 124 hadiths in four languages and publishing them on AlSunnah AlNabawiyah channel, in cooperation with Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA), as well as recording 30 episodes in English about the biography of the Prophet inside the Prophet’s Holy Mosque. The content of the website translated nearly 638 and 1610 contents for social media, 56 electronic screen contents, 616 contents for smart applications, 1784 contents through AMS Platform, in addition to 700 translated speech publications and 371 translated speeches, according to a report published by the presidency. These services come in line with developments being witnessed by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet’s Holy Mosque in all fields to improve the level of its services, and in attempt to facilitate services for non-Arabic speakers. --SPA 17:40 LOCAL TIME 14:40 GMT 0012 www.spa.gov.sa/w1632734
