Riyadh, August 19, 2021 2021, SPA -- The Ministry of Health announced today that 499 new confirmed cases of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) have been reported in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, bringing the total number to 540,743, including 5,858 active cases. Of these, there are 1,234 critical cases. The Ministry said that 10 new deaths have been reported, putting the tally of fatalities at 8,449.
